Since 1996 in the pearling business
Holds authorizations from local government to both produce and export tahitian culture pearls such as ‘cartes de négociant en perles de culture de Tahiti N° 2000/05’ & ‘cartes de producteur de perles de cultures de Tahiti et producteur d’huîtres perlières de Tahiti N° 216’.
Philippe CHENNE was born on september 7th 1963 in PAPEETE , French Polynesia and comes from a humble chinese family of 4 children.
As a self-taught person in the pearling business since 1996, he has been able to trade talk, use his natural diplomatic talent and catch every opportunity to adapt himself to a fluctuating market.
TAHITI RAVA RAVA PEARL is located in the centre of PAPEETE at the Vaima Centre.
In order to offer more good quality pearls to foreign customers mainly, TAHITI RAVA RAVA PEARL has been obliged to quickly increase its financial capital.
We have also decided to attend many international trade fairs to promote the Tahitian black pearl all around the world.
